How to use

Use 1-2 times per week or anytime your heels need extra care. Clean heels in the shower and dry them thoroughly. Then peel, place, and firmly press a patch onto the heel. Leave on for at least 4 hours.

Katia's tip: Heal doesn't slow you down. Wear with your favorite socks and shoes, then remove to reveal a sandal/barefoot-ready heel.
