Use as needed. Oil slowly self-releases from the pumice tip, allowing you to comfortably push back cuticles and smooth the skin next to your nails on your fingers and toes. Use the metal tool on the opposite end of the pen to gently clean under and around nails. KB tip: This comes with me in my purse, especially in colder months.
